Purpose: Personal skills display
John Clarkson gave quite an in-depth specification for almost all of his site, including style, layout, and interaction. Using javascript, the right hand feature box will give a slideshow display, depending on the page being viewed.
The copy, provided by John, is contained in simple .txt files. John can upload these to the webserver himself, keeping the whole site a very cost effective display of his skills.
